Question 1

Do you edit my photo?

Accepted Answer

No. We only crop and resize. Passport rules don't allow edited photos, so your photo stays exactly as you took it.

Question 2

What if my background isn't white?

Accepted Answer

We'll tell you before you pay and explain how to fix it. A plain white or off-white wall works best.

Question 3

Will my photo be accepted?

Accepted Answer

We size and check your photo against the published rules for your country. Not satisfied? Full refund within 30 days to your original payment method (5–10 business days). Contact us with your checkout email and purchase date.

Question 4

What do I get for $7.99?

Accepted Answer

24-hour pass with unlimited retakes; digital photo (.jpg in two sizes) and a 4×6 print sheet (.pdf + .jpg).

Question 5

Can I print it at a drugstore?

Accepted Answer

Upload the 4×6 sheet JPG to a photo kiosk or online print service and order a standard 4×6 print at 100% (no cropping).

Question 6

Are my uploaded files and personal data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Face and background checks run in your browser. A small downscaled copy (max 768px) is sent to our AI provider only for the glasses check and not stored.
